The robust aluminium handle is designed for high frequency cutting and the most demanding cutting applications in logistics and in production departments. The SECUNORM 500 is an all-rounder with exceptional resilience.

The double-sided slider is suitable for both right- and left-handed users. You can therefore switch hands according to the work situation, to better position yourself to the material being cut and maintain high efficiency.
Intuitive blade changing
Just press the blade change button and pull out the blade carrier. Once lifted, the blade cover stays in the desired position, leaving the blade easy to access.
2-cutting edge blade
Before replacing the high-quality blade, it can be turned. This doubles the blade’s service life and reduces the effort required. Your product will then cut like new again.
How SECUNORM safety technology works
Automatic blade retraction – a high degree of safety
The automatic blade retraction of the SECUNORM 500 guarantees a high degree of safety from cut injuries. As soon as you have started to cut, take your thumb off the slider. Then the blade will retract into the handle immediately after leaving the material being cut.
