MARTOR is expanding its line of safety knives with the SECUPRO 425. This new all-purpose knife combines a high level of workplace safety with a lightweight design, ergonomic handling, and sustainable materials.
Ergonomic, safe, sustainable
Weighing just 84 grams, the SECUPRO 425 feels light in the hand and supports efficient work in industry, logistics, and retail. The ergonomic pliers-style grip ensures a secure, intuitive grip. The blades are activated by a comfortable Squeeze-grip—ideal for frequent cutting tasks and a variety of applications.
To ensure a high level of user safety, MARTOR relies on its SECUPRO safety technology: The fully automatic blade retraction mechanism pulls the blade back into the handle immediately after it leaves the material being cut—even if the Squeeze-grip continues to be pressed. In this way, the SECUPRO 425 significantly reduces the risk of cuts. The transport lock, which secures the squeeze-grip in the rest position, also contributes to this.
The knife also sets a standard in sustainability: The handle is made of recycled plastic, containing at least 60% recycled material, and is also glass fibre reinforced. The carbon footprint is reduced by nearly 40% compared to an identically constructed product made of conventional plastic. As a result, the SECUPRO 425 represents a professional cutting tool that combines workplace safety, performance, durability, and resource conservation.
For Receiving and Production
The rounded-tip trapezoid blade NO. 60099 allows for a cutting depth of up to 21 mm. This makes the SECUPRO 425 ideal for a wide range of standard cutting tasks in receiving, such as cutting through cardboard boxes with up to 3-ply construction, plastic film, and strapping. But this professional knife can also be used in production to process and cut a wide variety of materials, such as Textiles and Leather.
The SECUPRO 425 is now available under item number 425001. The version with item number 425095 is equipped with the shorter Trapezoid blade NO. 60095 for even greater merchandise protection. The cutting depth for this model is 15 mm.
Optionally, the SECUPRO 425 can be customized using tampon print—starting at just 100 units.
